Natasha Howard, Associate Director, Cobham Branch said, "APW is focused 100% on Lettings and Property Management and is aware that in a market where most agents are stretching their resources to offer Sales, Mortgages, Insurance deals and more, APW has something very special to boast about. Jamie Wheatley, Associate Director, Weybridge and Esher Branches further explains, "APW prides itself on its in-house property management service which is, quite literally, second to none. Each property is appointed its own property manager; this person knows your house and meets your Tenant. Many other agents run a centralised, impersonal call-centre style management service, but at APW we know how important it is for you to speak to the same person - someone who knows you and your home.

 

Property Management is about providing a swift, professional and courteous service to the Tenant, while ensuring value for money and expert knowledge of the home to the Landlord. Regular property inspections ensure that any defects are noticed early and dealt with quickly to avoid deterioration.

Mary Charsley, Associate Director, Sunninghill Branch summed up APW's continued success when she said, "APW is committed to having a highly trained and motivated team. ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) licensed members of staff are employed in each of our offices and are available to the public at all times to offer expert advice.

 

We take the ongoing professional development of all of our staff very seriously and even the most highly qualified and experienced team members dedicate time to a wide range of training courses, seminars and workshops every year.

 

New members of staff have a personal training plan, overseen by their Branch Manager, and are regularly assessed to guarantee their career progression. By keeping abreast of new legislation and complying with the ARLA code of practice, APW offers a truly professional service to both Landlords and Tenants at all times.
