Clubhouse This resort community is placed around a centrally appointed clubhouse with its restaurant and bar overlooking the infinity swimming pool. Welcoming staff will arrange restaurant bookings. Also, happily introduce you to the air conditioned ‘state of the art’ fitness centre and Sugar Hill's championship tennis courts - three of which are floodlit.
The Terrace Situated on the first floor, it’s easily accessed by elevator or stairs. The living room and air-conditioned bedrooms open onto a very spacious balcony, with a view of the magnificent free-form pool, through the sub tropical vegetation.

There are two huge private swimming pools, plus a large infinity pool. Facilities also include an air conditioned fitness centre and tennis courts. Alternatively, visit the Spa at the Suga Suga Beach Club and relax on Mullins Beach with a complimentary beach chair and towel service, full access to the exclusive members area and extensive water sports.

The interior designed apartment is situated within a gated Resort Community 45 minutes from Barbados international Airport – with 24 hour security for a relaxing holiday stay. Parking is immediately below the apartment.

Terrace: Dining table seating six. Two armchairs with stools and drinks table. Stunning aspect with open garden and pool views.

Bedroom 1: Double bed. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Fitted wardrobes. En suite bathroom; inc large corner bath and shower cabinet. French windows opening onto terrace.

Bedroom 2: Double bed. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Walk-in wardrobe. Separate bathroom with shower. French windows opening onto terrace

Kitchen: Fully fitted; gas hob, electric oven, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink. Toaster, full crockery and kitchen utensils, etc.

Utility room: Washing machine, dryer, rail etc. Iron, ironing board. Cleaning/Maid Service: All bedding and towels provided.

Apartment is cleaned during and before each rental period.

Club House

LOCALITY

Charming Holetown and the Suga Suga Beach Club are no more than 5 minutes by car. There is a good selection of cafés and shops, including a supermarket in Holetown. Restaurants worth a mention; The Terrace at Cobblers Cove hotel, Mangoes by the Sea in Speightstown, La Mer in Port St Charles, The Fish Pot at Little Good Harbour, Lone Star and Tides.

GOLF

Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane courses; tee times available mid morning. Sugar Hill is planning a golf course, which should be open in 2009, designed by Colin Montgomery.
