The apartment is situated within 50 minutes of Palma airport. It has its own pool, secure parking next to the apartment and beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The apartment is ideally located and is fully furnished.

Notes on Prices

All prices above are for the apartment per week in euros. Deposit required will be in pounds sterling.

£100 per person deposit with booking confirmation.

Balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure at the current conversion rate.

Changeover day

Saturday is the usual change over day but, subject to bookings, can be flexible.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with Double bed, fitted wardrobes, and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, balcony with mountain views.

Sofa bed in lounge.

Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 with En-suite Bathroom with bath, shower, wc.

Family Bathroom shower and wc.

Kitchen: Semi-open area, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, iron, ironing board, toaster, full crockery and kitchen utensils, etc.

Washing machine, dryer, rail etc.

Living Rooms:Large Sitting/Dining Room with satellite TV, Radio CD player,dining table, large corner sofa.

Other: Patio table, chairs. Stunning views over the sea.

Cleaning/Maid Service All bedding and towels provided. Apartment cleaned before each rental period.

Sorry no pets allowed.

This is a lovely, well kept apartment and the private pool makes for a welcome cool down in the summer months.

Outside

The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the marina with its shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket. The beach at Es Forte is an easy 4 minute walk.

Coast/Beach

The Es Forte is a 4 minute walk away. The main tourist beaches in Mondrago are 10 minutes drive by car. There is a bus or ‘the little train’ that goes around Cala d’Or and beaches. There are many beaches and coves around this area and a few worth mentioning are: Cala Figuera, Cala Barca, Porto Petro, Cala Serena, and Porto Colom.

Golf

Val D’or has an 18 hole course with magnificent views over the countryside and sea.

Travel

Palma is the nearest airport, approximately 58km away from the apartment.

Car hire is available at the airport from Avis, Hertz and other companies.

Further details

Mallorca, which is at the same latitude as Rome and the same longitudinal degree as Paris, escapes from the crowds and offers amazing countryside to discover. The variety of scenery on this island is stunning - one can enjoy views from below and on top of magnificent mountains, or combine a coastal walk with a refreshing dip in the sea. The coves of Mallorca are fascinatingly beautiful. There are countless corners where you can spend a holiday among pine and palm trees. In spring there is a sea of seven million Almond trees blossoming with their pink and white flowers. The grass is green and luscious, the fields are brimming with flowers, the mountain sides are speckled with all sorts of cheerful colours, and olive green and silver leaves sprout from the olive trees.
